Community Assessment
The baseline survey was done in 7 villages of Srash Srang Tbong, Srah Sang Jeung, Kranvan, Arak Svay, Rohal, Trach Chrum and Braval. The study was focused on their economic, agriculture, health and other environment aspects. The total 300 of 1000 families were interviewed from the six villages. The analysis on SPSS and its result will be presented back to the village communities to verify the outputs within this March 2010 and then BFT Director and staff will be developing plan based on the results of people needed. In additional, the baseline survey is very useful and providing advantages for the projects and BFT will be using it as a tool for future of the project measurement and indicators from year to year to knowing their progressing, developing and changing from their to be better living condition at once and onwards.
Management Team Meeting
The Management Team has been conducting regularly of every weekend on Sundays morning from 8:00-10:00 am. The purposes for the discussions have been done for problems encountered, needs, solutions and making plan for the next week improvement.
Community Leaders Meeting
The meetings were frequently conducted with the local authority leaders from villages and communes. The community supportive groups are also participating in the regular meeting to discuss and share the information of the project activities.
